Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after [e.g. 2:00 PM EST] or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.
  • Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received tracking within  business days, contact us at 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within [e.g. 7] days at [email] and we'll make it right.
